Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the Program Like?

Located in Orange County, CA, we take a client center approach to create individualized treatment plans that are unique to everyone. With a maximum census of 6 clients, we have found that by keeping the community small and intimate, we’re able to focus on individual needs and have a healthy client to staff ratio for maximum support. On a weekly basis, clients will receive a minimum of 1 therapeutic session with a master level therapist, a one on one with their case manager, an assessment without a psychiatrist and engage in 6 houses of therapeutic services Monday through Friday. Located in Orange County, CA near Huntington Beach, we take advantage of our beautiful surroundings by getting out of the house often, whether it’s conducting a Mindfulness group on the beach, engage in experiential therapy outdoors on a hike, or our weekly Saturday outings to get our bodies moving again and enjoy life again in our newfound sobriety. All meals are prepared by a chef onsite with fresh ingredients and snacks are available throughout the day without open kitchen policy. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house that are beautifully decorated with large windows and TVs on the wall, as well as in the common area.

  • Why Choose This Facility?

We have gym equipment on site, TVs in bedrooms and in the common room, lunch and dinner prepared fresh by our onsite chef, private room available, use of a more holistic approach with groups on life skills, yoga and weekly outings that encourage physical activity. Being that we have a maximum of 6 clients at a time gives a much more intimate feel as well as always having a staff member to meet with and available. We not only focus on the physical and mental aspects of sobriety, but also hone in on the spiritual and emotional elements of sobriety to treat the whole person. We have a high success rate without clients achieving and maintaining sobriety and when there is a relapse, clients do choose to come back because of the wonderful experience they had with us before.

The ideal client coming to us would be an individual struggling with addiction who is looking for a comfortable, very cozy intimate environment with a clinical staff that is not only experienced and compassionate, but that can truly understand and relate with what the clients are going through as they’re being there themselves. The staff is also trained and credentialed to treat co-occurring disorders and has the skillset and resources to make sure that they can provide the highest level of support and that no one falls through the cracks.

  • Who Thrives Here?

Adult clients that are ready to take their life back and ready to do the real therapeutic work that it will take to get there thrive within our community. Whether a working professional, schoolteacher or restaurant manager, our slow pace and small community gives the space that they will need to take things one day at a time and regain control of their life and sobriety while processing the core underlying issues that they struggle with. When clients complete their stay with us, our clinical team will have already collaborated with trusted partners in the community to create a strong aftercare program to set every client up for success. We know that every individual is different, and life doesn’t stop just because we need treatment. Our goal is to meet each client’s needs with aftercare and help to make sure that the transition is supported and seamless.
